1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Onlineclasshelpservices.org website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

We provide academic support services, including assistance with online coursework, assignments, quizzes, exams, presentations, labs, and practicals, delivered by independent specialists matched to your subject area.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use our services. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Academic Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use any work product we deliver, and for complying with your institution's academic integrity policies, honor code, and any applicable laws. Section 8 describes the specific circumstances under which we guarantee a grade outcome.

5. Ordering and Pricing

Pricing is scoped to your syllabus, workload, and deadline, and is confirmed in writing before work begins. We reserve the right to decline or adjust a quote if the scope of work changes.

6. Payment

Payment is due according to the terms confirmed at the time of your order. We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout. Late payment may result in a pause or delay in service.

7. Revisions and Satisfaction

We offer free revisions to bring completed work into alignment with your course's grading rubric, provided the request falls within the originally agreed scope. Requests outside that scope may be treated as new work.

8. Refund Policy

We guarantee a grade of B (80%) or higher on every completed order. If that standard is not met, and the shortfall is the result of an error on our part, you are entitled to a full refund. This includes, without limitation:

• Work that does not follow your syllabus or written instructions;
• Failure to submit presentations, labs, or practicals on time;
• Any other missed deadline; or
• A specialist error in the work delivered.

This guarantee does not apply where a grade below B results from circumstances outside our control, including incomplete or inaccurate information provided at the time of order, instructions or requirements changed after work began, grading criteria that were not disclosed to us, or academic integrity findings unrelated to the quality of the work delivered.

9. Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Contact our support team with your order details, the grade received, and a clear explanation of the issue.
• Our quality team reviews the completed work against the original scope, your syllabus, and your proof of grade.
• If your request is approved, the refund is credited to your account balance.
• You may use that balance toward a future order, or request it be sent to your original payment method.

To qualify, you must submit verifiable proof of the grade received within 30 days of delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. We recommend working through this process rather than filing a chargeback with your payment provider, since a chargeback can take longer to resolve and may limit our ability to assist you directly.

10. Cancellations

Orders cancelled before work has begun are refunded in full. If you cancel after work has already begun, a 10% administrative fee applies to the amount paid, to cover work in progress.

11. Confidentiality

We treat your name, school, course details, and any login credentials you share with us as confidential, and access to that information is limited to your assigned specialist and our internal quality team, as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose, to submit work in violation of an explicit institutional prohibition of which we have been notified in writing, or to harass or abuse our team.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except for the refund guarantee described in Section 8, Onlineclasshelpservices.org is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including academic consequences resulting from a violation of your institution's policies.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
